Non-Sponsor Vendor Admission:
In consideration of our valued Sponsors and their substantial investment in the Conference, we do not permit non-sponsoring vendors to purchase admission at our attendee prices. Any attempt to do so will result in strict enforcement of the policy. Should you register online at the attendee rate, you will be notified and issued a refund or be assisted with transferring your registration to the Non-Sponsoring vendor rate.
We accept American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard. Any registration not paid in full at that time of offer expiration date will be subject to the current rate. Full Payment must be received 14 days prior to the event or your registration will automatically be cancelled. Registrations with declined or invalid credit cards will not be processed.
Substitutions and Cancellations:
Substitutions may be sent at any time. All cancellations must be made in writing, submitted within 30 days prior to the event date. No refunds on current registrations will be issued.
All discount offers are for new registrations only and cannot be applied to the registrations submitted prior to receiving the offer. No refunds on current registrations will be issued.
