Exhibitor Staff Registration
To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for the number of complimentary staff passes allotted to your company. Each staff registration that exceeds the comp allotment will be charged the $895 exhibitor/sponsor upgrade rate. Register your team by April 25, 2014.

PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. When they ask you to log in DO NOT enter in your information if you are not going, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.
Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza, Los Angeles, CA at a special discounted rate of $229 (excluding taxes). Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. The cut-off date to receive the discounted group rate is May 13, 2014, or when the last room in the block is sold out.

Wednesday, June 2, 2014. Late charges will apply to shipments arriving after this date.
Due to storage concerns and lack of material handling services at most hotels in Southern California, we recommend all exhibitor freight be sent directly to the freeman warehouse.
