We are an industry at a tipping point. Baby boomers are beginning to retire in significant numbers. Millennials expect and demand a different work experience, although they work hard. There's a lost generation in the middle for whom we didn't provide credit training or other training. The Web has change buying and selling dynamics. We still need people to connect with customers.
