Session Description

How should physical branches fit into small business banking or business banking now? Considering the consistently high turnover in branch staff and the expense of adding small business specialist positions,  should  banks invest more in branch facilities, staff, and training for small business … or back away?  If the investment is mission critical, then how much and how best to invest?  If not, how should banks think about their branches for small business?  Is this issue a "large bank/small bank" difference or are there other factors involved?
