The rapidly changing digital consumer is driving new service expectations in all industries and banking is no exception. Accenture recently conducted research on consumer expectations in financial service – focusing on their propensity to adopt services from non-traditional players and under new banking models, including P2P; the kinds of services consumers desire from their banking providers; and the current health and depth of their connectedness to their providers.

Robert will present the results of this research and offer a point of view on how banks wishing to capture the latent opportunities presented in Accenture’s research could respond and even disrupt the “status quo” in banking.
