STRESS TESTS, AUTOMATION, AND DATA – WHAT’S OUT THERE, WHAT’S NEXT?

David O'Connell, Senior Analyst, AITE GROUP

Letís face it, stress testing isnít easy.† Data silos prevent the aggregation and analysis of data sets.† Data diversity makes it hard to build data sets that behave predictably once stress tests are in flight.† And even when stress tests succeed, itís typically because too many bankers were dedicated to the process - bankers who should have been gathering deposits and underwriting loans.† Led by Aite Group Senior Analyst David OíConnell, this session will help bankers understand what their stress-testing peers are doing with regard to their levels of automation, vendors employed and tools deployed, stress-test goals, and even regulatory findings.†
