This session will provide a deeper look at the supply and demand of small business financing and how banks can apply data-driven insights from internal and third party sources to uncover risk and opportunity. We will look at: which small business customer segments have recovered most strongly and which are lagging; alignment and gaps in current bank appetite to serve these segments; and practical applications of "big data" to find high potential growth opportunities in your footprint and leverage small business customer relationships.
