In a continuing effort to give participants increased opportunities to gain insight into technology advancements and vendor solutions, we are pleased to continue to provide our series of Breakfast Briefings. Hosted by some of the industry's leading solution providers, these 45-60 minute demonstrations and discussions are a great way for participants to maximize their learning experience. Motivation ... we're all motivated, either intrinsically or by outside forces.  A key element of success in the financial services industry is finding what motivates profitable consumers - and what shifts can turn around those who are costing us money.  Why do they choose us?  What leads them to purchase a specific product?  Are they going to consolidate banking relationships, or spread their finances across institutions?  And when we understand what motivates our desired customers, how do we locate them?  Do they congregate at the neighborhood coffee shop next to our branch, or are they best found in cyber-space?    In this session, a PwC panel will discuss tangible examples of finding the motivation ... and finding the customers ... by examining innovative but pragmatic approaches in use by Financial Services organizations across the globe.
