In this session, Matt Macomber, head of internet banking at Bank of the West in San Francisco, will share insights into his approach to defining customer experience through the online channel. Utilizing non-traditional examples, Matt will demonstrate how the best ideas don’t always come from where you expect them.  Having spent virtually his entire career in the internet space, Matt will give a perspective that reflects his broad experience both in and outside of banking.
