3:00 PM - 4:00 PM

New Feature! Join us for a closed-door, off-the-record peer discussions, open to FDIC insured depository institutions only.  This is a unique opportunity to brainstorm, network, and share insights in small peer groups. To ensure true peer-to-peer collaboration, you'll share a table with your peers from institutions of similar asset size that are faced with the same challenges. You'll come away with new ideas, new perspectives, fresh outlooks and innovative solutions that you will be able to immediately implement.

We will offer two topics for discussion:

  • Regulatory changes have significantly altered the profit model for traditional checking accounts. Many banks are giving thought to new fees, different incentive systems, and even to doing away with the idea of free checking for at least some of their customers. How is your institution balancing the equation between replacing fee income and maintaining customer satisfaction?
  • In the past year, customer preferences finally tilted enough that the online channel became the most popular among consumers. But no channel has a majority and clearly branches have a place. As you look out over the near- and intermediate-term, how do you see your institution allocating time and investments when it comes to delivering financial products and services to retail customers?
