Diana Reid is Executive Vice President of The PNC Financial Services Group, and executive of the bank’s commercial real estate business. PNC delivers lending and banking products for commercial real estate companies; financing and tax credit capital for apartment owners and developers; as well as commercial loan servicing, asset management and technology solutions for commercial lenders and investors. The business includes over 1,000 employees serving commercial real estate companies nationwide. Reid joined PNC in 2007.
Reid has been involved in the banking industry for over thirty years including 20 years at investment bank Credit Suisse. Reid has been actively involved in industry issues throughout her career, serving on issue working groups and as a founding member of the Mortgage Bankers Association commercial / multifamily board of governors and a founding governor of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council. Recently, Reid served as trustee (2012-2016) and member of the global Board of Directors of the Urban Land Institute (2013-2016), and in July 2015, she was elected Governor of Urban Land Institute and serves as advisor to the ULI Pittsburgh District Council.
Reid is a member of the Committee of 200, a global organization of women entrepreneurs and corporate executives and currently serves on the Committee of 200 Foundation board of directors. Reid is a patron of classical music and opera, and currently serves on the board of directors and the executive committee of the Pittsburgh Opera.
