Bill Brice is the 2014 chairman of the Electronic Signature and Records Association (ESRA) as well as the founder of AlphaTrust Corporation, a provider of eSignature solutions. He started AlphaTrust in 1999 to capitalize on a sustained, long-term shift from paper-based document processes and has become an industry leader in electronic and digital signatures. Brice’s areas of expertise centers on the applicability of electronic signatures to particular work processes, transaction types and risk/reward analysis.
Brice co-founded Brice Foods in 1978, and as chairman and CEO grew the company into a global enterprise best known for “I Can’t Believe It’s Yogurt” stores. The franchise has expanded to include 1,500 locations in 43 countries. With Brice Foods he designed leading-edge computer information systems for operations, manufacturing and research and development.
Brice is a graduate of Southern Methodist University in Dallas. He received the Entrepreneur of the Year award in 1995 from the International Franchise Association.
