Director, Division of Corporate and International Development, Global Delaware
Andrea B. Tinianow, Esq., is the Director of the Division of Corporate and International Development. Ms. Tinianow joined the State in 2014 as the Division’s first director. The following year, the Division launched Global Delaware, Delaware’s first international strategic initiative. The Delaware Blockchain Initiative was conceived by Global Delaware; Ms. Tinianow directs the Initiative.
Before joining the State, Ms. Tinianow was VP Business Development and Assistant General Counsel of Corporation Service Company. Before CSC, Ms. Tinianow was an attorney for Pepper Hamilton, and a law clerk to William B. Chandler III, former Chancellor of the Court of Chancery. Ms. Tinianow graduated magna cum laude from Delaware School of Law.
Before law school, Ms. Tinianow was a marketing director for Thomson Financial Services. Ms. Tinianow received her undergraduate degree in economics from Brown University.
